2. Simply spend at least $50 in a single receipt between 1 February to 8 March 2026 at any of the shops in Sim Lim Square to qualify to participate in Sim Lim Square CNY Sale Lucky Draw Promotions.

5. Sim Lim Square MCST 1440 reserves the rights to replace any winner subsequently found to be disqualified.

6. Sim Lim Square MCST 1440 decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.

7. All winners will be notified by via post within 14 days of the draw date.

8. Prizes are not transferable and will be considered claimed when winner/authorized personnel signs on the Acknowledgement Form provided by Sim Lim Square MCST 1440.

10. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Sim Lim Square MCST 1440 reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed/forfeited prizes to other participants or donate them to any approved charitable organization.

11. For publicity purposes, Sim Lim Square MCST 1440 reserves the right to feature the names and pictures/photographs of the winner (S) in print advertisements and website without prior notice, or otherwise engage the winners in any form of publicity for Sim Lim Square MCST 1440.

12. Sim Lim Square MCST 1440 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at its own discretion without prior notice.

13. Employees of Sim Lim Square MCST 1440 and its subsidiaries, all personnel from its appointed agencies and tenants of Sim Lim Square MCST 1440 would not allow to participate in the Sim Lim Square Year End Festive Sale Lucky Draw Promotions.
